Our Promise
At DeerEx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how to return items, request replacements, or claim a refund in line with UK consumer law.
Returns Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
How to Return an Item
Email our customer service team at info@deerex.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply within 2–3 working days with a Return Authorisation and shipping instructions.
Carefully pack your item and return it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
If the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, a different product or replacement), please include this in your return email. We’ll confirm stock availability and process your exchange quickly.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
